Refund & Dispute Policy

Gelatinous Vault is a subscription-based service. This policy explains how we handle billing disputes and refund requests.

Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, or if a technical issue prevented you from using the service, please contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond promptly.

We do not provide refunds for charges older than 30 days, or for subscription periods that have already been used.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and quickly.

To dispute a charge, contact us at support@gelatinousvault.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
